Divorce Mediation involves meeting with both parties and facilitating conversations about the division of assets, debts,  property and determining a parenting plan that works for the family.

Divorce mediation includes the completion of all Washington State mandated forms.

Divorce mediation is appropriate for those couples that have a good understanding of what they would like to see as a result of their divorce.

Divorce mediation allows the parties to make the major decisions about how property, assets, debts and child care will be divided.

Divorce mediation does not include the filing fee, and the fee arrangement  for mediation is generally split amongst the parties.

If you think that this option is right for you, or if you would like more information, please call for an appointment.

Divorce Mediation costs $100.00 per hour.  Most cases are resolved in approximately 5-8 hours of service. Some more, some less. Couples must also pay the filing fee for the paperwork to be filed in Clark County District Court.
